Monument preserves
South-east Moravia is famous for its wine-making and for the distinctive architecture of wine cellars. Some of the oldest and best preserved cellars lie in the slope above the Blatnice river, under St. Anthony. They were founded in 16th century and are used even today.
The famous village with wine cellars in the hillside above the village. The facades of some cellars are pargeted in a beautiful blue and white pattern, and some are decorated with colourful ornaments.
