• Valtice - town monument zone 
  The town centre is declared a national heritage site. The parish church of the Annunciation of Mary dating back to the 17th century is the town’s focal point. The town square is also completed by e.g. the neo-renaissance town hall from 1887 with a noteworthy ceremonial hall decorated with stuccos, the plague column from 1680 (its four statues are positioned in the direction of the cardinal points), the fountain with a sandstone statue of a girl with a jug. Remains of the town ramparts have been preserved in several places of the town centre.
